RE:RE:When we Halt with more news. What are the Where is the conference being held 18 to 21 ?

The reason I believe a halt is the offing is the News release dated April 24 stated.

Closing of the warrants was extended by the TSX-V pending a material event. The material event is ongoing and the Company will update as the event develops.
