Ummmm, underwriters/shorters????NO, it's down because it's Friday, an American long weekend and no one likes to hold spec plays after a 15% run in 3 days. Take a look at the EOD, went from .55 to .57, that was a technical plus, it stayed above yesterday's low and rebounded.
