A couple questions?

Ok I need 2 questions answered: no SIN number required how will they know how much I have made or lost?

When i sell the physical possesion of gold I took from them because I sick of looking at it how do I do that? Do I have to go to another dealer and sell it to them? Do I go to there head office and sell it back to them?
