Great value

Great valueAs of yesterday, I'm an investor in CLT. With Teck paying $25 a share (which was considered undervalued), what is taking the market so long to realize the same value? My guess is that most investors are too caught up in the hype surrounding many tech stocks. If a similar offer was made on a tech stock, we would be at $30 easy in anticipation of other offers.
