RE:RE:RE:30 days I tend to agree with Wabbit. The submission of the BLA by June 30 may create some buying interest. But the FDA accepting the application no more than 60 days later (Aug 29) will be more significant.
Ticking boxes on the to-do list doesn't seem to be doing much for us. For example, publication of the article by Dr. Morales et al didn't seem to do anything at all.
However, to really get the stock price up, we need to take the Cash Burn issue off the table. Everyone with loot in their pockets (not me) is waiting to buy into the next share issue. Or to be told there won't be one because here is a signed partnership deal. Until then, there are too many players who have an incentive to keep the price below 40 cents so the warrants don't get exercised when they expire on Sept 20. Potential partners and potential investors have an incentive to keep the company starved of cash.
The big thing holding back the stock price is whether the FDA will approve without running another clinical trial. For this uncertainty to be resolved, you must wait for the final FDA decision (no later than mid-2016).
