here's why it pulled back
On may 25 the stock closed at 1.49 and was looking to break out over that level and who knows how high it would of went. On may 26 UBS started selling at 1.47, first trade at 10:37 am and continued selling to may 29 which is a Friday, last sell at 3:14 p.m. They sold a grand total of 640,000 shares in those 4 days. There is no way the stock buying can absorb that much selling therefore driving the price down. Now once the stock is down that low which is under the 20 day average we now have a shakeout happening. People who were in for short term gains and people with short term views are being shaken out. Its that simple.
