So many different applications.

How about an RNAi spin-off company.
As part of a licensing deal BTI obtains the rights to develop a number of its own RNAi candidates.
It develops these in a spin-off company.
When TKMR did its licensing deal with ALNY it received rights it hasn't yet used. The liver is a crowded space and TKMR has had a hard time making its picks. The brain may be free. Maybe BTI can pick up TKMR's non-exclusive rights on the cheap.
