Offer now valued @ 9 CENTS from 10 CENTSMore reason to vote NO on this deal!! This should of been a cash deal @ 10 Cents. 
YRI is now trading @ 4.27 or 9.03 CENTS if it were to be completed today.
YRI has dropped over 10% since the deal was anounced.
