AGM Executive Compensation

AGM Executive CompensationHello all, I haven't posted for a while but having seen the executive compensation levels I e-mailed the company asking for them to answer two questions at the forthcoming AGM. 1, Why is Mike Travis being compensated (the class 1 fool). In IAE's Stella video he is the one doing the monthly visits but fails to spot the project is 25% behind schedule. If that can be believed! 2, Why is Les Thomas still the CEO. I also reminded them of this...Executive compensation is a very important thing to consider when evaluating an investment opportunity. Executives who are improperly compensated may not have the incentive to perform in the best interest of shareholders, which can be costly for those shareholders......I doubt if either question will be answered but maybe if we all e-mail them we might just get an answer.
