Hard to say if the SP will be allowed to go up yet or not, actually hope it doesn't yet since I haven't been able to take advantage of this price yet ;) lol... the really interesting part is the forced expiry clause (warrants) if the price stays above .75 for 20 consecutive trading days. It'll be interesting to see how that plays from a manipulation standpoint.
