RE:ZAO Already Looking into. I-Rock possibly next

RE:ZAO Already Looking into. I-Rock possibly next BlueBird,

First of all it is IIROC - ( Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada).

Second - there were a LOT of shares that went free trading mid-April. The fact that the share price is up is a great sign.

But .28 seems to be where the shares want to clear. Why .28? No idea. But for many that is a good return and they want to take some profit off the table. This is normal and prudent. BTW - this does not make them flippers, or promoters or anything else. It makes them normal.

I will say that the vast majority of shareholders do not really understand what they own. Further, there has been uncertainty around the last closing and the offer to the bond holders.

So if someone doesn't really know what they own, and they see these machinations going on around the stock, they may want to sell some shares and take some risk off the table. Further, some people may have made enough money that they feel they have too much money in this position, so they might trim their position.

Bear in mind that the last round of investors have warrants - so they can trim their position and still maintain some healthy exposure to ZAO.

Just some food for thought. Not everything that you cannot explain is a conspiracy.

Best regards,

Trelawny
