I gave him essentially the same response.

I see a lot of the trade flow as I get called from the different desks. I see the flow coming from a few different places.

But if you watch the tape - there are quite a number of different parties trading in and around .28

TD has been on the sell side quite a bit today.

Anonymous has been the biggest seller by far over the last few weeks, which means you can't see who it is, but generally it is not just one party.

I hope this helps.

My opinion is that the price will rise materially over the next few months - as there are quite few catalysts with the closing of Axis and then the financial reporting.
