The Company serves various industries, such as defense, aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, precision manufacturing, and others. The Company has two divisions: Copper Alloy and Engineered Materials. The Copper Alloys division manufactures and distributes a variety of copper alloys as castings and forgings, including beryllium copper, chrome copper, and aluminum bronze. The Engineered Materials division makes the Beralcast family of alloys, which can be precision cast and are used in an increasing number of defense, aerospace, and other systems, including the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. The Company’s products include Beryllium-Aluminum Castings, Beryllium Alloys, Copper Alloy Castings & Forgings, Copper Alloy Fabricated Shapes, Tolling Services and Consulting and Thermal Mold Super. It has production facilities in Indiana and Massachusetts.

Trust, but for how long?

For the average investor is this not to follow. A CEO who receives no salary but does buy shares in. A minimum of four global companies that recognize IBC (beralcast) plus P.0. The income is four times the value of the company for now ! I doo not hope a situation as in December 2012. If the dilution goes on, and the want out of the TSXV !!!! A breakeven or 2 million net will not gif a super increasing off the sharepreis. The wait is now on a super p.o. and then I think about 10 to 20 million orders or acquisition or j,v or i hoop a takeover. JMHO...oke
