RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Cash Deal3 months and haven't closed a LOI??? What are you talking about?  They closed two acquisitions. They have two LOIs from March and one from today that need to be closed. They did go from a 60M to a 115M rev run rate in 3 months. I guess 100% revenue growth in 3 months isn't that good....
