Nothing filed on SEDAR MAAXXY in regards to any shares issued/added. Stockwatch and the Maxim website have the 42 million figure listed. Usually stockhouse gets wrong numbers some way. When they do complete a financing and issue new stock for the deal in Dubai as announced, we'll see a news release I am sure.
