While the so called wealthy nations of the world Europe and the U.S. drown in debt, and continually milipulate things to kick the can down the road.

All the BRICS nations talk about is the building of continental railways, canals, 4 new investment banks, trillion dollar oil and gas deals, 100's of billions of dollars in new high tech.

I am sure there are a few missing.
