I agree with that statement entirely.  If you look at the key points the mgmnt is trying to make.

Lower commmodity prices for oil and gas cost countries millions in lost tax revenue. Protecting their investments only makes sense.

I saw a sting operation on one of the channels in the US about a group that was fleecing companies in the same way, It was very interesting.  While EUO builds its clients in other countries it may be only a matter of time before the states do decide to embrace this technology.

They have recurring revenue streams and can cross sell their products.

This is just my opinion...GLTA
