RE:Property and Management

RE:Property and Managementg'day stanley, thanks kindly for your input,  your perspective is always welcome.. you stated, "if Dev sees some headwinds or opportunities to his original intention to sell FCU/PLS isn't it his responsibility to capitalize on that opportunity? "
..with all due respect, if this is in fact the case, isn't it also his responsibility to be telling us about what it is he sees, other than "protection from a lowballer", (of which i am unable to see the exact logic behind), or saying simply "trust us"..? it's only been a few days, and yes we have many more ahead of us before DDD, so personally, i am willing to wait and listen.

... as for what i see regarding Dev's deal making track record, i see a ceo with his hands in many pies, i also see a former investment banker and financeer who founds startups and shells, spins out others, has only ever successfully sold one for a solid premium (pacific asia china energy 08', as for fis/dml 2013, i wouldn't call that a sale of a company, i'd call it a dumping of assets to concentrate on a pure play-PLS, where shareholders received "free" shares of dml while maintaining full exposure to the real prize- nothing to gripe about there, unless i was a dml holder then), all the while maintaining a firm hold of position, salary, and authority, broadcasting his intentions to anyone who listens, then back pedlling without valid explanation or shame.... this is what people are griping about, the PPS declining only exacberates that leading to an obvious connection to this recent news and possibly obscuring the fact that the seasonal decline was imminent regardless..
"welcome to the world of corporate affairs", one might say, indeed, this is the problem of having a salesman as head of a mining corp. instead of a miner..

as stated above, i for one am willing to swallow the fact that "what is good for Dev, could possibly be good for me", something i've been doing since i held my nose and agreed when he took my Alpha shares, so i'll wait some more, meanwhile, you sound like you know much more than myself and most of us here, if so, would you be so kind in helping to change my opinion regarding Dev's deal making prowess with information that i have yet to find..?
thanks, and good luck to you!
