The transaction will cost about 24 million approx. in LSG shares which is very cheap and faster compared to drilling and finding a resource. It does make some sense when you think why TME wasnt scooped up by Goldcorp which has a 40% interest.The reason is they need a mill and infrastructure which is very costly. Lakeshore buys Temex,Goldcorp buys Lakeshore is my guess.
