I disagree, I think it is a good buy. At the moment it is basically the original CRK company with new management and the price is basically breakeven to what my original CRK shares would be worth now.

While I understand that the shares will be diluted with future M&A you seem to be assuming that we will get nothing in return. Just a share price thats static with fewer shares. With future M&A the portion of the company that represents the original CRK assets will get smaller and smaller but we should get new stuff.

Maybe in a few years the company will be producing 500k ounces from 5 mines. We may have half the shares we have now but of a company with a higher market cap.
