RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Re: Insider!!!My RBC account manager sent an email to Fred regarding this situation.  He's away from the office till early August, but did respond.  From Fred's reply, it would appear that it was an internal transfer by Mr. Soon.  He still has 33 million shares (plus options) according to Fred.  Interesting move in that it would almost certainly have tax implications. But this would be beyond me.
