I guarantee I am not the only one looking at this licking their chops. When the IOC is announced - even if deleyed (pure speculation - not expecting a delay) and contracts announced (anticipated around the same time as IOC) the analyst revision will come fast and furious as they all drop their "Speculative" tag. I will admit that I am perhaps overly optomistic, but i still believe that nothing has changed with the direction of this company that would warrant this sort of move, and this move to the downside is only short term.
