RE:Vision and missionGood luck with that!  Especially the"global leader" part.

Thermal should focus on the acheivable and leave the dreams asside for now.  Getting a few contracts would help.  BTW does Crossland still live in Toronto?  Perhaps a little hands on management would help.  Changing the BOD would also help (what have they done for us lately?)
