There is some hope ?

There is some hope ?Before I retired , I worked for companies where if you didn't produce , you were out . I don't understand why they can't make money on their newspaper divisions . The sales are OK - 800 million or so . Can't Torstar come up with a consultant to tell them how to make a decent profit on those sales . Do they have too many staff ? , Are their pension costs out of line ? , Do they have too many printing locations ? , Are their salaries or bonuses to management too high ? I'm sure there are lots of other expense questions which can be answered . I really think that this company could be highly profitable if the expense issues are addressed . Every quarter , it is the same excuse - sales are down , and expenses were not cut enough . I'm not very happy , I'm sure Prem Watsa is unhappy and I'm sure that just about everyone posting blogs is unhappy . An all time low stock price is totally unacceptable . I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer . Am I missing something her ? Is management actually doing a good job for SHAREHOLDERS ?
