RE:[Help me Understand]I think you might be mixing apples and oranges there. The $48 million was on the traditional GoldMoney side of the business, not the BitGold side. The fee structures may be different. And since this was the period of amalgamation, it probably was unique.
I think we shall have to wait for another full quarter of regular operations in order to get a proper baseline on this business.
I do note, however, that they retained over 99.5% of the original GoldMoney accounts which is a testament to the trust of those account holders in James Turk, and in his decision to throw his lot in with Roy and Josh and the BitGold team. As Turk said, in this rare case, one plus one makes three!
