RE:RE:RE:[Help me Understand]It's very early in the game but, as I understand it, the difference between the two divisions comes down to this: on the BitGold side the amounts per account will tend to be fairly modest but they will turn over their funds quite a few times; whereas on the GoldMoney side of the business, the amount per account will be quite substantial, but rather static.
But what is "small" for one person is often "large" for another. The current Bitgold account limit is 2500 grams, I believe. That's over $110,000 CDN. To most people in the developing world, like Indonesia, that would be a fortune. I personally feel that the most powerful feature of the whole BitGold concept is its ability to democratize access to financial services globally. We here in North America are such a small part of the world's 7 billlion citizens. So many people yet to serve!
