I certainly echo your concerns. The continued drop in oil would be the perfect excuse for MW to pull the plug on the deal or financial backers to keep their money in the bank. Terrible timing. The recent trading, esp today, also makes me nervous. MS, oil sector down, flash crash...who knows what is going on behind the scenes. 
I dont have a valuation for you but the field is a big one for onshore so its got to hold value.
