You have no argument coming from me Whaler. I trust you listened to the oral arguments and concur with serimina's synopsis. I agree that Apple's argument is baseless IMO. Their using their power & influence to get away with it.

Now JS is dumping his stock prior to the appeal court's decision? What does that tell you? That he needs the money?

I'm afraid the longer this appeal case drags out the more the courts are going to be swayed by Apple. For cases like this it's not about justice anymore.
