The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

Cost cutting, Layoffs, Salaries, benefits etc. etc.

Management and Staffing must be looked at now. Don't wait until this or that...I am sick of hearing these issues. (Field reduction in 2016??) Lower oil prices are here for a bit. Salary reductions at all levels, staffing levels, benefits etc. etc. We are all feeling the pain so should those that work at all oil companies. The gravy train is over for a while anyways. No one leaves their job in this environment so we lose no one.

Action now. Big Action. The actions taken at CVE were barely worth mentioning
