Its Downstream segment consists of Canadian Manufacturing, and United States Manufacturing. The Company's upstream operations include oil sands projects in northern Alberta, thermal and conventional crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs) projects across Western Canada, crude oil production offshore Newfoundland and Labrador and natural gas and NGLs production offshore China and Indonesia. The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

RE:RE:Cost cutting, Layoffs, Salaries, benefits etc. etc.

Well the stock is down to pre news release. The news release has some other decent news and dividend cuts are actually raising stock prices as companies look to save balance sheet. 300 to 400 layoffs is a good start. Why wait to 2016 to cut in the field? Surely there are people that can go now. What about the foolish benefits to those sticking around. I do know there are little bits of changes to their benefits but not the real brave and necessary changes to start hitting the reset button.

CVE has some waking up to do. Shareholders are losing and so should all in the building.
