I call in gary last week from ir and ask what was the hold up and they are doing it write and not not selling out like wpx or aaa for peanuts he said there one more signature  needed to complet the deal what the deal is exactly he can't say but he said if any one needs info that he will gladly awnser your question I am also confident that this project will see ligth everything take time be in this stock in and out for the past 4 yrs at this price it a no brainer
