RE:RE:just merge the f______ing company alreadyWould CPG waiting for the reciever?  I just noticed almost $1.7b in debt and 32,000 flowing for their last quarter.  So they have done nothing and thus at the end of this quarter could it be that their production might be 5% less?  Say 30k bbls.  22.5k of oil and 7.5k of gas/liquids.  I am unsure as to their debt but if they didnt do anything maybe they didnt expand any.  So production worth $1.8b and debt at $1.7 and thus where its trading.  So if they dont do anything about production and the next q its down another 5% then $28,500 and debt goes nowhere then this is underwater.  I am thinking CPG or maybe others might be looking to do something that would involve trimming the debt and definately dumping management and this could be done easy thru the reciever.  Lets hope for an oil price rise.

I am late to this board and only paid attention lately so forgive me if I have some calcs wrong and I would welcome some correction
