and the killing question should be: if that all being so positive, why did the Market say different? what is the Market missing that you guys seem to understand so better?

I never question the Market. Market is always right. Market says it's worth 15 cents as of today, like it or not. Will it be 22 when the LOI gets into a final deal or will even that LOI turn into a solid deal? That becomes a bet.

The only person that is right here is... the Market.
