They just lowered the price to $3.10.

With debentures maturing this is the new floor price now.

Buy 2016 and 2017 maturing debentures at a roughly 12-15% discount to face value plus 5-6% annual yield (based on face value) instead for a total yield of 12-14% per year, far better, with lower risk than the REIT units.
