Indian motive.sSomeday's I get the feeling the indian goverment is holding out on gas price premium until nko defaults or goes bankrupt.. they have a wrench up their azz over nko past dealings with past goverment. Have you ever tried to make a deal with an Indian. They will steal your eyes and come back later for the sockets.   lol
