RE:RE:New PHM management is an old PHM with a twist So you missed point. This new CEO in training has yet to prove it. You like it or not, the market is in a wait and see mode. No institutional investors is ready to put serious money to PHM for now. Sp is just range bound. Dead money for sure for a while. Young and amateur investors who can only learn by getting burnt pls put me on ignore. Thanks.
