Sourmash, yes shareholders like to see a company take aggressive steps to preserve capital. It's interesting though that the article link you posted does not mention cobalt production at the Katanga mine. I'm hoping the more of these copper/cobalt-by-product mines that close down, the better it will be for the price of cobalt to recover.
