Right now it is what I always call a base building process while trading at a tight range. Nothing to write home about. Many idiotic posters rejected this call and expected a quick V-shaped recovery, a common mistakes of rookies in this market. Yes it could last longer than you think and PHM is dead money until the next leg up. Things are different from last year, meaning hard sale promotion is not effective any more and the company will need to work hard to prove itself both in cost effective integration of all acquired companies and start making real profits as well as how much growth it can present is all that matters.
We can forget about the good old "Road Show" and $1.5 by the end of September and $2 by the end of the year as some idiotic posters here said.
