RE:Almonty new shares74volfram wrote: New shares should be out by Friday. About 37M new Almonty shares. The majority of these new shres will belong to insiders and institutions that now hold Woulfe shares. There are less than 20M Woulfe shares that were bought at less than 8c per share during the past year. So there will be approximately 2M new shares of AII that can be sold at a profit at these current prices.
Assuming half of these 2M profitable new AII shares were bought as WOF shares by long investors averaging down, that leaves 1M new AII shares that can be dumped immediately at the bid for a gain.
For sure there will be increase in trading compared to the usual trickle of AII shares. Almonty is very tightly held, so the selloff will be mostly from the 1M new "cheap" AII shares from Woulfe conversion. maybe 100-200k shares per day. If it happens, the selloff should be over soon, particularly if news is released about IMC loan or finance plans.
Since Almonty is so thin (the current bid/ask is .72-.77), I hope that a 1M share selloff won't bring the share price too low.
