RE:RE:RE:RE:Layoffs - Rich payoutsI work for oil company as well.  Frustrated that the cuts have not been deeper and quicker.  You said it yourself people have no where to go so the idea of cutting wages and people means you will not lose the true core people - lots of good people available.  I am only talking about the 20% of staff that were on the outsides anyways.  Wage cuts for those that stay and G&A goes way down for the next few years for better times in the oil biz.
