RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Good News

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Good NewsI bought an initial position at $0.51 and look to keep it for a very long time.

I would probably add in the future to my initial position but not for now. What the analysts didn't say yesterday is that the $20 - $25M loss that occurred in last quarterly result was not only attributed to the $1M impairment but also to the deterioration in the other investments.

The picture changed a little bit since the last quarterly result as they announced a 40% recovery in the first $1M impairment, showing that the management is really precautious while setting the impairment. Also, a second successful exit shows that the management is doing a good job in selecting the underlying investments.

I think a current fair valuation is around $0.70. If next earning result shows that the quality of the underlying investments remained at the same level or improved, than the risk associated to this stock would decrease and will push the share price higher. If the management executes well the business plan, this stock has a LOT of potential.
