Seems to be a possibility. I'm thinking this may be why they were confident in the end of September close date as stated in the last conference call. Plus, many people have made mention of Africa on here and in Seeking Alpha articles so it's a part of the world to watch out for possible business with IMP. Now with the interest rate remaining unchanged is a good time for these big type of contracts to close.
