THE INVESTORS THAT BOUGHT SHARES THROUGH THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT IN MAY-2015 AT A PRICE OF $0.05 PER SHARE -- ARE ALL INSIDERS OF THE COMPANY. SO I WOULDN'T EXPECT THEM TO BE SELLING THEIR FREE TRADING SHARES BELOW THE PRICE WHICH THEY BOUGHT THEM.
