They bought a private comapny with debt. End of story. Yes it was a bad M&A deal, but lets not forget dumb clowns like you praised them on this acquisition. Let's not forget dumb clowns like you told smart people like me the deal was "not dilutive" and to "prove to you: countless times where the "proof was". 

You are probably the dumbest person on these boards. You deserve a metal for your stupidity.
