RE:RE:Mkt expects a higher priceSU, to my knowledge, does not have a stake in COS already. Since they are offering to buy COS with shares as opposed to a cash deal, it makes no sense for them to have any stake in COS. 

IMO has the cash, CPG could also be a player in this.
