Good idea. COS management is not going to give the company away. The ball is in their court now to get the best price possible for the company. I would expect another bid to emerge for two reasons:

- 2nd bidder may simply want to acquire COS
- 2nd bidder may simply want to push SU to pay more than it was originally willing to.
