Tax loss not an issue

I do not think tax loss will be an issue this year. The price has ranged between .10 and .20 with the average being .15ish. Most that have bought in the last 2 years are even or slightly up. With the info that management has suggested taking a few cents tax loss and risking the potential of a deal signing does not seem likely. JMO
