kona - I don't see how they could claw it back from this year since it was approved in April and people have already contributed to it for this tax year. Pretty much a done deal in my opinion.

I'm not sure the Liberals can introduce and approve a Bill just to claw the TFSA back even for next year or it will need to be part of the Budget, but who knows now they have a Majority...anything is possible.

JMO - I'm sure info will be trickling out soon enough.
