Growing Pains

Growing PainsLike some other posters here, I've had some problems with my debit card: card was a little late in being sent, first access code I was sent didn't work, etc.. Things like that don't exactly inspire confidence, but OTOH it's a beta version and, more importantly, customer service has been extraordinary for a fledgling company that is probably struggling to keep up with demand. (My emails were answered and issues resolved within 24 hours in each instance.)

I'm willing - at least for now - to chalk these problems up to growing pains. If you wanted to put a positive spin on it, you could say it only evidences how big the potential for the company is, as these kinds of glitches are the norm for any fast growing tech-based startup. The important thing is how management responds to them, and not allowing the growth to run too far ahead of them.

These guys are obviously in this for the long run, and if you buy into their company you have to be prepared to do the same.
