Is the market going to shrug off the dilution?

Another 10% dilution in shares. This will bring the total shares outstanding to over 100M Shares.

With so many retail investors who has no idea about the bought deal, what the reaction we should be expecting? Maybe the market is in a high time and it will shrug off the bad news? And turn the bad news into good one?
